Great local pub

The railway has been my local for 5 years. Very reasonable prices for didsbury, also plenty of cask ales and. It has a real old style local feel to it. Also regular live music

Love this spot. Proper traditional pub, serving lots of pints and spirits. Loads of space for sports, lots of nooks for cosy seating. Very friendly staff

Came in today on the off chance and so we did! I haven't been to a pub which has the atmosphere and the cheap drinks like this! Staff were amazing and I tried the diamond which is a positive from my usual morreti drink Deffo worth a visit

Had such a great time at the railway definitely the best bar in didsbury you have the great customers, staff and atmosphere all in one pub! So different compared to the other bars on the road! Deffo worth a visit!!

Great atmosphere in perfectly placed pub. Super friendly staff very handy seen as it’s right near the tram stop, brilliantly cheap especially for the area

Came in tonight and omg I love this place!!!! I’ve never been to a pub to have this much variety of beer at such low prices! The staff were amazing thank you the railway I shall be back

⭐️A QUIZ LIKE NO OTHER⭐️ 🕰️ perfect pacing (number of rounds, breaks, and so on) 📸 engaging picture rounds (plenty of imagination) 👵🏻 unassuming (no pyrotechnics or audio rounds requiring too much concentration) 🍻 Atmosphere and soul in abundance

BEST PUB IN MANCHESTER!!!! atmosphere 10/10 , landlady (and landlord) incredible! Such a nice place to spend weekdays and weekends. Such a welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy :)

I came to didsburys with my partner for a night out and ended up at the railway, we got treated with the best customer service and I had the best night out I’ve had in a long time, I prefer pubs that have a local vibe but with this not being my local area I was a bit apprehensive but the landlady and landlord are lovely and very welcoming and it’s a brilliant pub if you’re looking for a good night out or pub that has that local pub feeling, 10/10 would recommend coming here😊
