Came here on a Sunday morning with everything else closed. Barista was alone but managed to maje good coffees and food.

As part of one of the better coffee shop chains this one is very good and very convenient.the staff are always friendly even though it can be slow at times.the coffe and food are great as usual.this one has one of the better outside seating areas as it's covered.however you do sometimes get mithered by beggars.convenient for public transport and the shops.

This was a fantastic shop to get hot drinks at with my friend, harboring a classic design including the mirrors! The staff were friendly, the counter is well-presented and the service was solid for both a white and hot chocolate on my Tastecard discount. The seating is comfortable, cleanliness had been maintained and the frames add to the wall too!

Comparing my experience with LV store few minutes before coming to Nero cafe, in LV I faced an unhappy, not welcoming person, to buy a perfume for more than 250£, then came to Nero to buy a 4£ coffee, welcoming and smiling barisa and excellent customer service. Good job 👍
