I recently visited the Subway at Piccadilly gardens, and I was incredibly impressed with the service provided by two outstanding employees, Kristen and David. From the moment I walked in, Kristen greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, making me feel right at home. Her knowledge of the menu, patience in explaining the options, and her recommendations were spot-on, enhancing my dining experience. David also went above and beyond in ensuring my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. The attention to detail, friendliness, and efficiency exhibited by [him/her/them] were remarkable. It’s clear that both Kristen and David take great pride in their work, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident. The quality of food was excellent, but it was the exceptional customer service that truly set this visit apart. It’s employees like Kristen and David who make customers look forward to coming back. I just wanted to express my gratitude and commend them for their outstanding service. They are a great asset to the Subway team, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. Staff especially clare were extremely thorough and helpful. She Asked if i wanted her to change her gloves when making my veggie sandwich. Which other stores don’t do and it feels like an inconvenience to them when I’ve asked. Staff couldn’t do more for another gentleman who was in wheelchair. Which was lovely to see.
Maria was super nice and friendly!! Just back in town after four years, been craving for big beef melt which was no longer on the menu any more :( but Maria introduce me to try the garlic cheese steak which is soooooo delicious!! Thanks for the recommendation and the service, Maria!! Really appreciate
