One of the original northern quarter bars. With a place in Manchester music history. And it's still a good characterful bar today.
Don't let the name fool you. The drink here flows freely and is reasonably priced. There's a good selection, too, and the music is always at a comfortable level for conversation.
The staff are attentive and pleasant, and the food is great. They do a mean pulled pork burger, and a good selection of chicken items. Beef is actually my least favourite of the meats I'm willing to eat and I'm pleased that they offer good alternatives here.
Top marks all the way for DRY.
One of the original fancy bars still going strong since opening in 1989 trading slightly off its Factory Records heritage. Good selection of beer's ales and lager. Free pizzas .Really need to sort the musical soundtrack out though when we last visited as it was horrific.
Great bar with a late license that's open til late. Always buzzing to some great music and one of the only bars that have barred both Liam Gallagher and Shaun Ryder.
Great bar with lots of seating and space. Great for a few drinks. It's not too expensive either.
Top bar! Bouncers had more than their fair share of things to deal with Friday and Saturday and were not only professional but full of top notch chat!
Decent beer and lots of space. And the free pizza when we bought two drinks was freshly made and half decent!
Good tunes, good beer and a mean French toast. You have to come down and relax here. This place is special.
Great pub with a free pizza if you spent £10 at the bar. Good happy hours offers.
You get a free pizza when you spend £10 on drinks!,,,,,,, enough said. Still has the factory records feel about the place.
