Service is incredibly slow since they’ve switched to kiosks, lazy staff take their sweet time to do your order since you’re not queuing at the counter anymore. Also, there’s definitely less vegetables in the subs now since the change.

I used to eat here all the time. The introduction of the kiosks have ruined the store. Sandwiches are badly made, double meat - ignored. Hardly any salad - not worth the money.
