Smashing chippy. Been here 3 times now and every time it's been perfect. Nice portions even with the small fish tea and the regular fish tea is huge. Can't fault it, highly recommended!

Well what can I say, I have tried fish and chips from Harry Ramsdems and countless numbers of chip shops all over this country. I have never ever had fish and chips like this before, it was amazing in fact the best ever. You can eat in or take out, add the peas too as that finished it off perfectly. Amazing customer service, what an amazing place I would highly recommend it.

Used this establishment on several occasions whilst working in Ardwick. Food was always hot and they had an unusual curry sauce "Irish Curry Sauce" I tried it once and absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who likes fish and chips. Only one negative point, I didn't like the shallow cardboard boxes they served some of the food in.

Fantastic fish and chip shop this! The fish is cooked fresh on order so there is a bit of wait if you want fish but it's worth it. The fish and chips come with lemon and tartar sauce which is a nice touch. The price is worth it and the staff are lovely.

I have to give '' The Plaice '' a review the fish & chips from here are so tasty and good portions. I sat inside they have a brilliant choice of sauces and condiments on offer to put on your food, It's good value. Staff are efficient and friendly, it's very clean and this place does get busy around lunch time so you maybe not be able to find a place to sit inside. But I will come back here again for sure food is the best, fish is cooked I think in palm oil so the batter is perfect and chips are so yummy. Keep up the good work guys!
