I'm not a big fan of chain coffee houses, but my God, the service here alone is exceptional! It feels like a cozy independent place! I always seem to see Kerris and Vaibhav, they're absolute sweethearts, they greet me by name and always remember my order. Love, love love it here, the coffee is great too, the seasonal blends are definitely worth a try and the Columbia has become my new fave! ❤️

A Slice of Italy in Manchester: Caffè Nero Delights! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Caffè Nero in Manchester, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. Firstly, let's talk ambiance. As soon as I stepped through the door, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere that Caffè Nero is known for. The cozy seating arrangements and soft lighting created the perfect environment for catching up with friends, enjoying a quiet moment alone, or even getting some work done. Now, onto the most important aspect: the coffee. As a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, I can confidently say that Caffè Nero serves up some of the finest brews in town. Whether you're a fan of a classic espresso or prefer something a bit more indulgent like a caramel latte, their extensive menu has something for everyone. And let's not forget about the freshly baked pastries and sandwiches available to complement your beverage of choice – they're simply divine! What truly sets Caffè Nero apart, though, is the impeccable service. The staff members are not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about their craft. They're always willing to offer recommendations or customize your order to suit your preferences, ensuring that every visit is a personalized experience. In addition to the exceptional coffee and service, I also appreciate Caffè Nero's commitment to sustainability. From their ethically sourced beans to their eco-friendly packaging, it's clear that they care about more than just profits – they're dedicated to making a positive impact on the planet as well. Overall, my time at Caffè Nero in Manchester was nothing short of fantastic. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or simply looking for a cozy spot to unwind, I wholeheartedly recommend paying them a visit. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

A very good place for hot chocolate; not too sweet which is what I prefer. Only found out that it closes late which is great news for me and my girlfriend as we can pop there before walking back to hers.

I ordered a brownie hot chocolate with a pain au chocolat, decided to sit in at the cosy dinning in area. My hot drink was delicious and kept me warm!! My pain au chocolat was well made soft and it was a decent size. 😋 very polite staff and tidy area. Happy with my stay.
