Excellent fish and chips at a good price.
The fish itself was really very fresh, had a nice light taste to it and was cooked just right. The batter wasn't too thick, and because they let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving it stays crunchy.

As an Aussie visiting Manchester tried this shop. Wow. Ash really knows how to cook a good feed. The fish was exceptionally fresh, the chips and gravy perfect, presentation and clean really good. Don't take my word for it just go and try it out for yourself.
