The only complaint was the toilet paper dispenser in the ladies toilet needs to have instructions 🙈 It is impossible to grip the tiny piece of paper sticki

Very good customer service. Food was hot and served quick. If you are hungry that's the spot because portions are massive! Clean toilets and tables all the time.

The environment was cosy and friendly for everyone. The music was in a great volume and the staff was helpful. The food was amazing. The only down side is that I paid on the app an was not informed that for the Carvery we needed to present the receipt or ticket I think the app should say something.
Went there yesterday and roast was a little cold, but today the steak was 10/10.

This was my first time here. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was brilliant and the service amazing. If you have children what a fabulous place for them to eat play and have a lots of fun. It was amazing they have a children's corner and activities they provide for them was absolutely great 💯
Food was lovely. But they only had one lad on at dinner time so had to wait a while to be served. But got the carvery so it was quick then. He did apologise which obviously wasn't his fault.
This is the place for myself and family to meet up when we go for a meal. It’s good quality food, the carvery especially and the cakes are so delicious and massive. We’re always well looked after by staff, especially Kay she’s brilliant and goes the extra mile for people.
What a place! Stupidly Forgot to book and when we arrived was very busy, so didn't think we was going to get in. Luckily Dan came over and sorted us a table. The cavery was brilliant and the rest of the food arrived quick considering how busy it was. Good value for money and Will definitely be back!

Visited today and everyone was so welcoming and the food was great especially Danielle. She was constantly smiling and made sure everything was fine for us and nothing was a problem for her. The whole place was fantastic and we will definitely be coming back
