went here to redeem a gift card that was received for Christmas. staff was lovely and had patience for our order. used the Costa app and now I have a free drink next time! Service was relatively quick, and the staff were pleasant. The food was tasty and nice and warm. Really happy with my hot chocolate too, nice amount of whipped cream 😋

Always loved visiting this branch. Staff friendly and willing to talk about the coffee etc. Although it is located on Market Street, there is plenty of seating. I think it can get busy between here and the other Costa located near to Primark. The seating area is clean, well lit and fresh looking. Comfortable seating so definitely consider sitting down. Enjoy!
