We had an impeccable night dining at Podium. Throughly enjoyed the scrumptious food, spectacular view at kitchen@cloud23 and genial service! The 7-course dinner is dreamy and worth every penny! Menu changes every season. Wine paring is exceptional and truly professional. Would recommend anyone who is looking for a place to celebrate special occasions!

Enjoyed an evening meal for 2 at Podium Restaurant on Tuesday, 24th October. We had the Scottish Venison loin and Cotswold Chicken, which were beautifully presented, and the taste and texture were sublime. The service was flawless and we were well looked after throughout our meal. We would recommend everyone sample the fine fining at Podium Restaurant at the Hilton Deansgate Manchester. Don't forget to order the sourdough bread with Lancashire Cheese custard which was a real culinary delight! 😋

The Podium Restaurant was lovely, I booked the 3 courses and a cocktail at cloud 23 for my father in laws birthday and it was amazing! The food was rich and delicate but so tasty, the service was perfectly on time as we had to be at cloud 23 for 10 o’clock, highly recommend the package for a special event!
