Ordered tonight and it was 40 minutes late, didn't call or text to let us know they were here. We called after waited for that long and were told our was our fault for not answering the imaginary phone call and charged us an additional £2 to re-deliver the now cold soggy food...not ordering from them again and I don't recommend anyone else to if they want their food delivered warm
