I usually go every Saturday for a breakfast sandwich but This Saturday I got some Mother’s Day cupcakes for myself and some friends. They were amazing looked and tasted great, I’ll definitely be going back for more x

This is a fantastic bakery, I have lived nearby for six years and I only just discovered it. Great lunch time stop off, the sandwiches are fantastic (although they all seem to have raw onions on, which I take off). The cakes, coffees and specials are also always faultless and the bread is just outstanding. Friendly, fun folks behind the counter who have a chat and serve you quickly. Highly recommended!!
Recommended by a friend. First class bakery - fresh & well priced by comparison to some. Friendly staff too. I go for the daily soup & crusty roll. The cornflake cake was great & could be shared between - even if you've the sweetest tooth!

Pies and cakes are tasty and light. Not too sweet.
However, food is being handled and served with bare hands and same hands are also handling the till.
Best to serve and handle food with thongs for health and safety precautions.

The staff at Peters Bakery are always friendly and helpful. They supply an excellent variety of baked goods, fresh sandwiches, burgers, hot drinks etc. Everything is takeaway and an excellent choice for breakfast or that quick lunch. Bakers, please note they sell quality flour off all varieties (£1.60 per kg) and fresh yeast (50 pence for 100 gram). Please visit, you will be disappointed.
