I love the smoothies from this store. The staff are professional and always very accommodating. I usually order on the app and my smoothies are ready when I arrive. I also had a problem with the app and Karen helped me to resolve it. She always communicates in a professional manner and has excellent customer service skills.

I came to boost yesterday morning (24/7/23) and I was greeted by 2 lovely employees (small blonde lady and a tall boy), they helped me with deciding a drink, talked me through the ingredients and their personal opinions and generally very polite people. The drink they made was lovely. 5 star customer service, 5 star quality.

Visited a few days ago in a rush and the customer service was great, I was served by a kind guy called Oscar, he was polite and the drink made was good considering how fast it was made. Will be coming back.
