We have been regular customers at the Town Fryer for many years. We often visit this chippy because its great value and as a large family of 5 we love the wide variety of food items available as there is so much choice for everyone.
The team are really friendly and polite. Nothing is too much trouble and we are always served in a timely manner.
Food is consistently of a high standard and the portion sizes are great! Our favourites are the Fish & Chips Big Tea, Hollands Pies, Chicken Curry and the children love the chicken nuggets!
We have used the delivery service many times and our food has always arrived hot, quickly and well packaged.
Keep up the good work Town Fryer!

Tried this chippy for the first time this week. As soon as I placed my order, they cooked the fish fresh for me. Never had Irish curry before and will be having it again!

Edit:
The owner contacted me and apologised. There was an issue with the salt shaker dispensing too much salt, which he assured me would be replaced straight away.
Offered me a free replacement and assured me it would not be too salty :)
Review:
Fish was far too salty.
Curry sauce was much thinner than I'm used to.
Portions were much bigger than I expected though. 🤷♂️
