Visited with my wife on 14/10/23. Had a lovely meal near the back of the restaurant. They had a very big eating area and as a result were very busy with customers especially as it was a Saturday night. Staff were very quick in taking orders and the food came out on time. The food was Halal HMC certified. Portion sizes were good and the quality of the food was good. It was a little pricey, so not somewhere you would dine every week. I visited the Blackburn restaurant recently and would say that Blackburn was much more cleaner and friendlier. However, this was still a nice restaurant which served good food. The only negatives are: parking and filthy toilets.

it came with rice lentils salad as well as the mixed meat
Had to get it as takeout as couldn’t finish it by ourselves
The meat was cooked nicely

Got the garlic mushroom starter, tasted okay but was slightly cold. Mains were good, could tell the quality of the meat was top notch. Good standards overall.
Istanbul is a fantastic restaurant, the food is quite filling, this couldn’t represent Turkish cuisine even more! The hygiene is standard, the food presentation is a 10/10 and the looks will not deceive you! The staff are friendly and polite, but of course, there is space for skill improvement, but I still think it’s an amazing place. I had a Turkish tea,which put me in awe and made me feel like I was all the way in Turkey. The only problem is parking, it’s quite difficult to find a space so you have to park around the area,sometimes payed parking isn’t available.

We sat outside which is covered and a lot quieter than inside.
We had the full platter and extra lamb, both were served on a plate off flavoured rice and grilled vegetables. The food was really tasty and good portion, while still reasonable with the prices. My friend who is on strict diet couldn't resist either and dived in, that's good good it was.
The service was friendly and prompt, even though we did not book in advance, we managed to get a table quite quickly. The staff were super friendly as well.
Definitely will take my son there next time we're in Manchester again. Highly recommended.

Good food for non spicy food eaters. Service is amazing. Negative point is that no parking available around it.
I didn't book and got seated without a problem . Aslo received bread ,olives and dip to begin with . Then had the mixed grill for 1 . Everything was spot on ,the chicke. Breast prices wer abit dry but besides I couldn't fault it . For two people 2 mixed grills and 2 drinks and some hummus amd bread ect about 25 quid each and both was full . I would defiantly go again and recommend expecially I went as a party
This was a feast to behold. Service was top notch and waiting staff were friendly and nothing was too much for them.
The food was tasty, well prepared and the portion size was okay. Would highly recommend.
Ambience was also good and location is easy to find. Great for individuals or groups.
