On the surface Kingfisher doesn't look anything special, but it knows what it does, and does it very well. The food is delicious, some of the best fish and chips I've tasted, the staff are incredibly friendly and masters at what they do.

Called Friday night had pensioner pudding chips pea and gravy wife had fish chips peas tea bread and butter all very nice and couldn't fault anything that includes the staff, very reasonably priced we will be back

This place at first glance feels like a very typical sit down and eat chippy type place but...
First impressions can be very misleading.
What you find here is a very friendly run cafe with a nice selection of foods on offer.. ranging from Irish curry to the more typical fish and chips. Burgers. And toasties.
I had the fish and chips and my partner had a burger.. others with us sampled a toastie and an omelette. It was all extremely tasty and very well presented. I found myself wanting to try the burger on looks alone.
The service we received was nothing short of excellent.
