absolutely gorgeous ambience. i highly recommend the banana nut french toast it was delicious. prices may seem high, but for the quality AND quantity of food it was priced greatly! service was fast and everyone was very kind. to note: it is in a mill and the entrance is on the far right side (it can be hard to find if not looking in the right place). very welcoming staff and clean area. will be coming again!!!

Extremely great food. The chef here knows how to pull out amazing flavors from the food. Great combination of ingredients, great presentation and overall some of the best food I have ever eaten
This place seems to be extremely popular which makes a lot of sense.

My mom and dad took my daughter and I out for breakfast for my birthday. I've been looking to try different places instead of going to the same old same old and this place had a quirky name and a varied menu. As you can see from the outdoor shot, the staircase is what is known as a welcome staircase which is a southern architectural design feature meant to welcome travelers coming from anywhere. I had to take a picture of the entryway which features a rabbit who greets you at the door. The industrial design of the interior harkens back to when this was the functioning Waumbec Mill. The old wood has a new life as the beautiful golden oak interior which is warm and homey. My daughter and I both got the California breakfast sandwich, my mom got the Denver omelet and my dad got The Waterworks. The staff is very friendly and even gave us a comedy show while we were waiting for our food. It is a very friendly, welcoming, down to earth, family environment which I would highly recommend. The food was delicious, hot, and filling. My daughter and I ended up taking home half of our sandwiches to enjoy later. Do yourself a favor and check this place out, but be mindful, they are only open for breakfast and lunch. There is also a handicapped entrance on the side as the entry to the actual Cafe is around the back with plenty of parking.

On our honeymoon and found this sweet lunch spot! I got the baby spinach salad with Waldorf chicken salad on top and an iced americano with maple flavor… it was incredible!! Great size portion, great service! Highly recommend!

Coffee was 10/10 and so was my meal. I got the seared salmon on a bed of sweet potatoes, peppers and spinach. It was devine.

Our breakfast FOOD here was VERY good. That said the lady taking orders at counter was either very new or needs serious re-training. Slow. Didn't know how to use order entry. Gave me iced coffee when I asked for hot, after asking 3 times what I was having. When next in town, we will retry and hope service gets better.

Best customer service at a restaurant that I have had in so long in consideration of the times we live in. The restaurant is different than most in a very good way. It is wide open and roomy and maintains a uniqueness about it. The restaurant is very clean, food is delicious and affordable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Hidden gem in the millyard! Great atmosphere, breakfast all day Saturday, friendly staff, food is very good and fairly priced! Loose tea served hot, freshly brewed cold green & black teas. Definitely returning to try desserts.
