Was told it was a great spot for food and great service. Unfortunately not the case. I placed an order at around 6:00 and was told that it would be a 45-60 minute wait due to a busy Friday night. Totally understandable and willing to wait on the time given. I called at around 7:30 to check in on the delivery since it's been almost an hour and a half. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone said it would be there any minute. I called again at almost 8:00 to check in on the order and spoke to a young lady. I explained to her the situation with the wait and how it was frustrating because it's been about 2 hours since I place the order. In a rude tone and voice she said it was a Friday night; as if I should just deal with it. I spoke up and shared that she was being rude and that I understood the Friday night situation but 2 hours is uncalled for to wait for a delivery with no communication. She snapped an "ok bye" and hung up on me. I called again and spoke to a different lady and she explained that the delivery would be here soon. Food arrived after 8:00 and it was cold. Never will order from there again. Incredibly poor service. Food might've been alright if it had arrived warm.

Tasty food but their website is hilariously hard to find. Worst SEO I've ever seen. It's seasonsticketsnh.com for anyone who's trying to find it. I just spent 20 minutes Googling it because I knew they had one as I had used it before on another computer. No email address, contact field, or comment section on it to let them know. I'm not even sure they know. Hopefully they didn't pay money for that because it kind of defeats the purpose of having it if it's almost impossible to find. I digress... try the food, it's good!

Season Tickets is one of....if not the best place to order Pizza or Calzones from in Manchester. The BIGGEST REASON IS CONSISTENCY!!! Throughout everything before Covid-19, During Covid-19, and after (sorta after) they have stayed consistent in service, quality, speed, and just overall more for your money. Everytime I have people over and they try Season Tickets food. They want to order it every time they come over. I know others have their favorites. But, over time Season Tickets has been the best for me!

Been getting pizza for 10 years today I spend 60 bucks missing a calzon on my delivery today and was promised a new one would be dropped off!!!!!!! 7 hours later I call and now.being called a lier!!!!!!! Never been so disrespected before in my life called me a lier cause the driver said he dropped it all off...... 10 bucks a calzon and I got called a lier and a theft...... go out my way too lie about a calzon like come onnnnnnnnnnn
