This Wendy's has the worst set up for drive-thru. Vehicles come in the parking lot the wrong way making it so people in the actual drive thru lane, whom came in the legal way, have to wait until the entire "illegal line is gone". It is mostly always packed, although the food is good its a pain to get it.

My daughter had a coupon for a free Jr. frosty that she received in class for Valentine’s Day and had been asking to go redeem it. A few weeks elapsed before we managed to get there and I realized it was expired. They were kind enough to let her redeem it and gave her a little key tag for a free jr frosty for a year with a purchase. So kind. And, whoever was taking the order was polite, friendly, and thorough… you don’t get service like this at fast-food anymore. Big thanks you guys: keep up the good work!

Service likely faster in the drive thru even when the line seems long. Only 2 ahead of me in the inside line, but by the time I got my food there were zero cars in the drive thru. I guess it makes sense that they get priority, but it always surprises me when I go inside and order. The coke freestyle was out of zero calorie drinks, but the attendant helpfully got me a coke zero from the machine out back. I really appreciated that as I was so looking forward to a coke zero.

I go here way too much. The employees are always friendly. The food is fresh and hot almost all of the time. They are always friendly. Definitely turned itself around over the last 2 years.

Good tasting food with quick service. The route this store is on has a middle divider lane that allows for turns. Exit 4 off the turnpike. It's really slow to get in to the parking area from the street due to traffic.

Great food. Store was clearly busy so I expect cold fries and old chicken but the food was HOT I actually had to let it cool down a bit before eating it. 10/10

I believe this is the one I always Doordash from(from work) and after eating at another wendys I have new found love for these folks. They not only always get the order right, but they aren't shy with sauces and make sure the food is amazing. Keep being awesome guys!

I’ve waited long on drive thru only for my meal order to be mess up and unsatisfying I ordered and large meal with double patty, I only get single and my fries definitely a small size also my drink is completely wrong! Not to mention the crew who’s serving me has an attitude problem
