Great portions on the pupu platter for 2. Should mention that despite how the restaurant looks, they make some pretty good generic Chinese food options. Depending on the time of day you order and which holiday, the speed of the takeout can vary. I've been ordering here for almost 10 years and is my usual go to for Chinese food.

This is the best Chinese takeout here in Manchester. The egg rolls are huge and there servings r huge to well worth the price u pay for it food. I've tried many Chinese foods here and was so disappointed but not here I at least try to order from here once a month. It's kinda funny when I say don't u need my name and they say Diane it'll be ready in 15 mins. Lol love this place.....

Should have read the reviews first. This place is awful. The shrimp lo mein was DRY and rubbery and the whole 5 or 6 tiny shrimp that were in it had a big black mud vein in every single one. Gross. No rice with the general tso's (that was sweet only, no spice to it) I guess you have to order it seperate? Both egg rolls burnt and the stuffing was disgusting. Lesson learned. Wasted $40 since it all went in the garbage. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.

How did this place get a 4 star rating ? Worst Chinese food I have ever had. I was okay with over looking that they forgot our dumplings. I knew our other food would be cold. HOWEVER! The food SUCKED. I can’t remember having sucH awful tasting Chinese food. Even the mustard was bad. It wasn’t even hot. It was yellow mustard cut with water. Most disappointing take out in years

My son ordered food for New years 2022. Paid $100.00 and charged us for extra side we didn't even get. I talked to manager Jim the manager refused to give me my money back I was sick 2 days vomiting and diarrhea massive stomach pains and in the hospital with food poisoning today. He actually hung up on me and told me I was the only customer that got sick. What kind of customer service is that? You just lost 4 customers.

We all have one of those days where we crave for some seriously bad Americanized Chinese food...my boyfriend has those days more than others. I usually pick out the places we eat at or order from but when he's craving Heng Won he's really craving Heng Won. His go-to is always the pork fried rice, crab meat rangoon, and boneless spareribs. I hate fried rice where the rice isn't soft and has turned brown from the soy sauce so I'm not a good judge of that particular dish...but he likes it. I do like the crab rangoons and boneless spareribs. Unfortunately the boneless spareribs don't come in two different sizes. An order of spareribs is super large. Some pieces the meat is a little tougher/dryer but some pieces are pretty good and tender. I am definitely not above Americanized Chinese takeout. I usually opt for the beef lo mein and beef & broccoli. Sometimes I'll throw in a little General Tso's chicken here and there. The beef & broccoli here is pretty standard, nothing to complain about. The beef lo mein is where I have complaints. While the small order of lo mein is still pretty big, I just didn't care for it. The noodles were soft but they were pretty dry...lo mein noodles should be wet from the sauce. The beef wasn't tender like the beef & broccoli meat either. I would definitely pass on the lo mein when ordering from Heng Won.

Not the most incredible Chinese food, but really good. Can't beat the value either. The poo poo platter for 2 is the best bang for your buck you'll find. Easily enough to feed 4. I love their egg rolls.
