Exceptional service! When I walked up to the counter to order I was greeted by a manager and staff that were happy, energetic and enthusiastic. They greeted me with a smile, got my order ready in no time flat, and at the end of it all, when the card reader was being difficult and I was about to cancel my order, the manager told me I was all set and not to worry about it! Talk about awesome customer service!!! And the food exceeded what I would typically expect at a mall food court!

Please know I'm not petty when it comes to reviews, I know people have bad days but there are some actions that need to be mentioned. The cashier asked the young woman how long it would take for a whole pizza, she responded something inaudible to my ears. When she responded she had the most "really, your going to make me work" look I've ever seen. I told the cashier never mind I didn't want to make her work and left. If you are that miserable maybe it's time to look for a different job! I will not be visiting this establishment again.

Had this a long time ago nothing has changed. People are nice but the food is the worst ever pizza pasta nearly chipped a tooth on one of their meatballs as there was a bone chip in it. The have to either improve everything especially their sauces or let Mama Lisa's from Somerville MA or Regina's from Boston's north end in there. We need great pizza in Manchester NH. There will be no second chance for them as they went out of there way on the corporate level to not refund my money. I don't pay for bad food.
