Mcdonald's

I took myself and my betroth to this fine establishment after working up quite the appetite. We had heard much about this fine restaurant, but a better word to describe what we had found would be a museum, because the food be called nothing short of a work of art. The tastes and flavors of are meals were delectable, extraordinary, exquisite! My lovely darling was very satisfied with her chicken sandwich and chips meal. And to top it off we finished with a hand crafted strawberry pastry. If you have not eaten here I implore you to indulge in their vast menu and get lost in the sea of flavors you may taste

Worst McDonald's ever. Horrible service. They make you wait at the menu to order your food for 10 minutes before they take your order. They don't even tell you anything like " I will be with you in a minute". Would be nice. How is this fast food. My orders are not always right and I'm usually having to wait for my order so I'm always told to please move forward and wait at whatever number they tell me to for 5 minutes or more. No one ever smiles and employees are constantly on their cell phones and don't even wash or sanitize their hands afterwards. How rude and disgusting.

Ordered a mocha frappe with extra mocha drizzle and the chocolate sauce on top was definitely wrong, It was very runny ,gross, and definitely smelled weird? I honwstky think it went bad. I usually have no issues at other McDonald's in Manchester but with this one either they "aren't doing them", the machine is"broken" , or they mess up and it's gross. Literally made me puke not even 10 mins after I ate the chocolate sauce. Like I don't know how they looked at that and thought it was okay to serve to a customer. :(

The service sucks, why is it taking 1 hour just to serve me fries. The servers aren’t very presentable as well. Felt like Cinderella, Nagae Pyeona. Also why is ur ice cream machine always broken, y’all are abt to be sued for millions. I know for sure it’s not broken and y’all just don’t want to serve when it comes to my food and fries ima be a Karen if I have to 😠

Ive come here multiple times ar different times of the day and im always waiting 15-20 for a cheeseburger. Almost everybody here has an attitude. The old lady with the grey hair that works the register is rude as all h***. The young girl that works register acts like she cant here anything youre saying (make sure you yell when shes taking your order) . Most of the time nobody is even at the register and everybody in the back is just staring and smirking at you. Its sad that these people get paid more than minimum and act like this. UNLESS YOU HAVE 45 MINUTES TO WAIT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

If I could give this place a no star I would, the customer service there needs work! yesturday i went there and had placed a mobile order and my sister placed a order afterwards the order taker for drive through was unprofessional along with the employee at the second window. They need to train new people cause that was just horrible
