Worst 7 11 ever and the franchise should close it. I ordered a delivery and DoorDash said the clerk said they don't sell uncooked pizza. I ordered French dip and butter and didn't get it. 2 bugles and got 1, but paid for it all!!!!!!

Went there around 10:15 A.M. to get a cup of ice and a bottle of soda and the place was full of employees but everything seemed so dirty. Walked over to the soda machine and everything was sticky and nasty as if nothing had been wiped down in days and there was no cups or covers for the cups. With so many employees just standing there talking in the store you’d think the place would look a little cleaner and nicer….. I mentioned to the lady at the front desk that the counters were messy and there was no cups for me and she just shrugged her shoulder and just sat there with absolutely no other customers in the store besides me. Very unprofessional, unpleasant, and disorganized place.

Still no (even) store brand English muffins. Boxes are frequently stacked in aisleways impeding the ability to see some parts of shelves and/or move down an aisle. Slow to restock. Frequent turnover of store employees.

I miss the lil flavored individual creamers for the coffee... Flavor shots just are not the same... And I wish they kept crumb cake coffee more stocked up, the pots are always at very bottom or all out BC everyone clearly loves that one...
