As a shisha smoker it’s really important to have a proper shisha to smoke! I’ve been to so many places in Manchester and their shisha wasn’t the best! But here in Empire i can confidently say they have the absolute best shisha ever! The team there are so amazing and friendly! They do their best to provide above an beyond customer service! Their desserts are amazing, drinks perfect! I absolutely recommend visiting them!

I've been going to this place for over 5 years. It's gone through several refurbishment and I think different management. You'll always find a spot to sit due to its secluded location unlike the other places on the main road.

I would like to begin with highlighting your attention to a particular member of staff at Empire called Charlie. She has shown dedication and resilience towards her job which displays in her customer service. Her friendly demeaner towards customers has impressed me and my friends. She can also make excellent mojitos, would highly recommend.

Best place to go, best sheesha, best drinks, and the friendliest of staff! This place has the best vibes out of them all, can come here and be yourself, enjoy your time here with your friends, play a bit of board games, watch the footy, everything about this place is 10/10. Owner, staff, everyone is so welcoming, the only place to go in Manchester!
