The new younger staff are fantastic and the service is better than ever! The coffee is so good I never go anywhere else even though I have am in perfect health lol! I just love it there so much. That Ra Fa guy doesn’t know what he’s chatting about. It’s simply the best. Ever. EVER.

Great friendly service hot & cold food served. Great coffee also. I prefer it to the Christie canteen as it's a bit less busy and quieter even though it's at the entrance.

Always arrive early for my appointments and love popping in for a coffee but one thing is putting me off. I understand and am glad they take hygiene so serious but the cleaning guy comes every time whilst I am sitting drinking eating and decides to start spraying my table and gestures I pick everything up For goodness sake , at least wait until customers have left their tables. Spray went all over me this morning and my bag. Not happy about this at all. Bad manners it is. He does it every time 😡

It's usually so busy there's no chance of a seat but today we were in luck and we had a latte each. If we can strike lucky again we might step up to a brunch, lunch or even a delicious cake 🎂 😋

At 8am a Danish pastry and coffee was needed. The Danish was warm and soft and the best I've had in a very long time!

The food in here is obviously at Mark's and Spencer's high standard for pre-packaged food and that is handy for patients who need a healthy diet option. Prices are Marks and Spencer's high and I do feel a little guilty not eating in the hospital canteen but I need vegetarian options which Marks offers.
