Collected a cold brew from this branch today after ordering on the app. The cold brew was lovely but the place could have done with a clean. The member of staff that placed my drink on the counter didn’t even shout my name or what the drink was, I had to check the sticker myself.

Coffee and the cinnamon swirl were nice, was surprised how few places there were for more than 2 people to sit together that weren't low level seating.

Newly opened to replace the bigger branch that closed on St Ann's Square. The decor is different from the standard branches; darker, more stylish. There's a mezzanine area with a bit more space to sit but overall this is actually quite a small branch. It's nice though and personally I like the decor. Everything else is the usual Starbucks fare that you'll get at every store.

Nice place for a coffee ☕️ break , just like any other Starbucks with a sitting area upstairs and outside. Just could be a bit cleaner and also the location on Google maps is wrong. It is located next to FATFACE shop.

First time in this coffee shop very nice set up with lots of options available but did go midday and they also have seating available stairs as Seating down stairs can get full very quickly and the prices are a bit expensive and the staff are friendly and would recommend a visit for a lunch break or a work place meeting or to do some work on your PC.

I wanted to leave a review to give a shoutout to the lovely server Paolo and his interpreter, who we didn't catch the name of. They were both so kind, polite and funny and made the experience of getting coffee super enjoyable. After having a bad day beforehand, we left in such good spirits!
