Really nice atmosphere, very chilled despite it being fairly busy. I had the veggie special and it was yummy. I know it’s the style of pizza, but there’s never enough cheese on them for me, I should have asked for extra. The staff were so nice and friendly too.

The dough of the pizzas was simply outstanding. Its texture was perfect, with a wonderful balance between light and chewy. I was truly impressed! the toppings on the pizzas were a true delight. The freshness of the ingredients shone through in every bite. It was evident that great care had been taken in selecting top-quality produce. From the vibrant tomatoes to the fragrant herbs, each element contributed to a harmonious and flavorful composition. The taste was simply phenomenal, and it reminded me of the authentic flavours I experienced during my travels in Italy.
I would also like to extend my gratitude to Chef Claudio for his culinary expertise.
In addition, I would like to acknowledge Jake, the assistant manager, for his exceptional service throughout the afternoon. Jake's warm and welcoming demeanour made me feel right at home. Your restaurant truly stands out in delivering the authentic taste of Italy.
Always the best experience in Franca Manca it is one of my favourite places! Me and my partner happened to be in Didsbury which isn’t our usual local store however we were so delighted with the food and most of all the service! The waiting staff couldn’t have been any more kind and attentive and the pizzas were incredible (I had the number 4) which were served to us quickly and deliciously! Will definitely be returning to this Didsbury restaurant just for the staff!

Great service, great food that always evolving and different each time I go. The specials are wonderful and the seasonal extra toppings are always win win. The garlic bread mozzarella is my fav, those big pieces of garlic are everything. The house larger is also amazing. Service is great as the staff always make you feel welcoming. A must if you’re in the area.
Had such a lovely meal! A massive thank you to Josh our waiter who made night he was really friendly! This was for my friends birthday celebration and was a real treat! Defiantly will be back again :)
Pizza was incredible but was served by a lovely lady called Beth who made our visit even better. My little cousin is super fussy so Beth helped him to choose something he would enjoy. When we got our food, Beth made sure to check in to see that he was satisfied with his food. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant and honestly cannot be more grateful for the amazing service that Beth provided us with. 10/10

Visited the Franco manca in didsbury tonight and it was lovely! Me and my family were served by both Anisa and Josh and the service from start to finish was fantastic. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, both servers were extremely attentive! They brought our food super quick (which the pizza’s were delicious and hot), our drinks instantly and in general the service and atmosphere was a solid 10/10! Best pizza and best service, can’t wait to come back again! ❤️
First time visiting, after hearing mixed reviews about the pizza, finally got to see first hand for myself. Absolutely 10/10 pizza and service top shelf! Seated promptly with no booking on a Saturday evening with a bustling restaurant, pizza's ordered and served within 15minutes as should be with sourdough and prepped to order. Open kitchen to see chefs as centre stage and seemingly looking like they love what they do.
Miles our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive, asked if I could have extra grilled halloumi on side evening though it's not on menu, wasn't an issue at all and was enjoying halloumi within next to no time.
Will most certainly be returning for the pizza and service.
