I was unable to see the barcode and PIN number properly and asked for assistance to collect my Amazon parcel. Unfortunately, the female staff member (African appearance) responded in a very rude and unhelpful manner. It was a disappointing customer service experience - I wouldn't want to go there again.
Ordered 5 items using Deliveroo. When the order was on its way, was told they didn't have 2 of them. One of the remaining three was sliced gherkins, not whole as ordered. They did, however, give us free minced beef (we're vegetarian). Shockingly bad.
The store is disgusting. There are leaking ailes everywhere. Ive never seen so many poorly stacked shelfs. Most of the offers are non existent yet are still advertised. The whole place is managed terribly. They should be fired.
