I'm usually the first to leave a good review of a place and I try to refrain from leaving bad ones but this place was a dirty mess and it seems like there's no management. I put an order in online and it was supposed to be ready at 2:30 and here it is 2:45 and I'm just now getting my order. It's not even busy. Its Just a bunch of kids doing what they want. I have pictures of how dirty it is and if I wouldn't have paid already I would've eaten somewhere else. There's trash piled up on the trash can and it's overflowing into the floor. There's also stuff everywhere on the floor. This place definitely needs a new manager.

Ordered online for the second time trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Paid for extra chicken and this is what I got. Probably one of the crappiest bowls I’ve ever gotten from them.
Really upsetting as we are paying the extra charge.

Went here to pick up an order for a friend. Nastiest Chipotle location I’ve ever been to and this was just a part of the counter. Food was everywhere, the grill looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in days and the floor was disgusting. The food did not look fresh at all. Surprisingly the Employees carried on as though nothing was wrong. It wasn’t even busy, but no one made an effort to clean anything. I see why people always get sick eating chipotle if there are no standards for cleanliness.

This was an AMAZING experience. Taylor was super sweet and kind. She really is a sweetheart, and very accommodating. I will always come to this Chipotle even though there are others closer simply because she is there. If you visit this chipotle, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Taylor (:

I went to this location to order a bowl that was on their menu to be told by the young lady behind the counter that she didn't know what that was then had another person come to help and tell me that even though what is in the bowl is listed on the menu that they didn't know what to put in it if you work at a restaurant cooking the food how do you not know what belongs in something on the menu. Some people are ordering for others and don't expect to pick this ingredients in the bowl, we just want it how it's made. I expected better from them and to be more knowledgeable and helpful and they weren't. Sorry to complain like this but I work in the customer service industry and this is not what it should be like.

This locations is awful. Order on app and it’s ready 30 - 35 minutes after it’s supposed to be ready. I stopped going here. I live in Mansfield but go to the one on Little Rd. In Arlington. They’re fantastic at that location. This is photo of my last bowl from this location. And no I didn’t tilt the bag. Immediately opened it at the store but couldn’t wait any longer.

Asked for a build your own kids meal with guac...
I paid before the handed me my food and after they said there's no guac.
I paid full price for lettuce and tortillas and they said there's nothing they could do about that.
My child won't eat the chicken because the visit before it was all fat and nasty.
