Great selection of food options. Waitress did a good job of handling a party of 4. I would have gave a five star but mushrooms on steak were not hot and were warm at best. Sweet potatoe was not cook correctly, as it had hard spots in it. Stake was very good and I did enjoy it. Booth that we were seated in had a large tear in the seat. I was not disappointed with the meal. I enjoy the evening and I would go back.

So this was such a disappointment!Let's start with my meal. My steak was burned and was supposed to be medium well, and so dry my dog wouldn't eat it. Some of the shrimp were raw and some were burned. The crab cakes was soggy, the rice had no flavor, the noodles were like raw pasta. My wife's food was picture perfect HOWEVER her New York was rubbery, the mashed potatoes were ice cold, and the rolls were burned. Beyond disappointed. I get there are shortages all over, but there is no excuse to send out food like this. I don't mind a longer wait to get a better quality.

We have visited and ate at Logan's many times in the past and always good service and great food. We were there last night 7-7-2022 and unfortunately it's not the same storyline. Our waiter was right on top of things but the cook needs kicked to the curb. My daughter my wife and I ordered side salad. The wife and I got ours after about 5-6 minutes. My daughter stopped the waiter roughly 7 minutes later and ask about her salad and was told it wasn't ready yet. My daughter ask why it's the same as the others with no response. Waiter just walked away. My daughter ordered med well steak that was almost burnt her husband ordered barbecue ribs that were cold I also ordered ribs that were cold and mashed potatoes that had a hard like shell from being in microwave way to long. Waiter offered to replace the ribs which we both agreed. And roughly 45 minutes later the other ribs came almost burnt and maybe 1/3 the size of the original order. I know that was not the waiters fault but even though he was on top of things unfortunately he did not comeback and ask if they were better. So with this experience I most likely will not be back.

The last time I went to Logan's I asked for a steak medium well. It came out medium rare. Simple mistake. I tried again. It came back medium rare again. I sent it back a 3rd time and it came charred but still red. This time I tried a burger. It had no seasoning whatsoever. I had to take a layer of the onion off because they served me one with the outside husk of the onion. Apparently they do not take off the 1st tough layer of the onion. It was not edible. The bun was hard as a rock. When I asked the waitress about it she said they all come like that and returning it would mean getting the same hard bun again. So she couldn't help, and did not offer a solution. Passionless food and passionless chefs I guess. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere that cares. Also I asked for a baked potato instead of fries. They wanted to charge me extra for it, But at the same time charged the same amount for both on their sides menu. I just found that interesting.

Got Door dash last night, major disappointment. 3 out of 4 steaks had no pink were all dry and absolutely no .seasoning on them. All were suppose to be med rare. No dinner roles with meals. The salad was the only thing enjoyable. Potatoes over baked.Needless to say won’t be getting food from there anymore. And can’t blame door dash because items were warm.

Our first time here a couple of months ago was great! Tonight 2/19 it was a huge disappointment!!! Salad was not good and we had to pick all of the croutons off because they were rubber. No waffle fries and the fries they served were just frozen fries you would make at home. The worst part was my husbands ribs were completely rock hard burnt on the underneath and he busted half a tooth off. We had to hurry and leave because if it. We won’t be back :(
