Nasty, the employees attire and the restaurant. Where are the standards?! We cleaned our own table with GLASS cleaner and there was not a care to be given by staff. The red bucket in the photos was dirty cleaning solution. No matter if it was rush hour or not ( which it wasn’t) it’s unacceptable. Yuck!

The place was dirty. The salad had alot of core pieces, undesirable. The salad I ordered was the strawberry spinach salad with grilled chicken. Disappointed. All of it tasted like leftovers, chicken was more like chicken strip with breading pulled off to appear like grilled chicken. Tables were never wiped down while we were there. Ice cream area was filthy. Left side in photo was core lettuce.

We absolutely LOVE braums but we would NEVER come back to this location it was extremely dirty throughout back line looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while condiments stand was super dirty and completely empty no napkins ketchup dispenser was out our order took a while to come out only to be the wrong burgers and even at that it's hard to mess up 2 JR. CHEESEBURGERS my shake was probably made when my order was taken but given to me after our meals so it was pretty melted down and the cup was sticky as if it overflowed and wasn't wiped clean the tables in dinning room had not been cleaned just overall a bad experience with service staff food EVERYTHING in general

Let’s me start this review off by stating I’ve been a Braum’s customer for as long as I can remember. We’ve gotten ice cream there regularly for the better part of 20+ years. I’ve noticed a sharp decline in customer service, especially recently. Quite honestly, employees there seem like they don’t want to be there. They respond to legitimate questions by smirking, scoffing, and flat out chuckling at the customer. The restaurant looks dirty now, in general. While the general quality of the ice cream is more or less the same, obviously, the experience is disastrous. I’ve had 2 separate terrible experiences at this location now, and will no longer be shopping here: 1) My family and I went in, waiting in line along with 10 other people for over 15-20 minutes while no one even acknowledged us. The staff was goofing off and just playing around, being loud… and the person at the cash register had a group of his friends there and they were just chatting. Didn’t even pay any attention to us. We eventually ended up leaving. 2) Then there was tonight. The restaurant was especially dirty. The staff were especially rude tonight. We actually got our order this time, but as we were leaving, apparently the automatic door was turned off. I opened the door, because it wasn’t working. And walked out. As we were walking away, one of the awful employees chased us out of the store and yelled at us, “CLOSE MY DOOR NEXT TIME!” 0/10. Never going back again.

Braum's seems to be a very popular place on Sunday the only problem I have it's ran by teenagers who sometimes will tell you they don't like their job the preparation of the food and the ice cream is done sloppy not very professional. I think there needs to be more training on speaking with customers and the preparation of the food other than that evidently people don't mind. I did enjoy my ice cream sundae and my banana split I will still go and be serviced.

It could have been a better experience but the employees seems to lack guidance and discipline. The overall place when you enter was clean but behind the counter was a different story. It was quite a mess and employees were complaining about certain customers which is very unprofessional. It seems that the management does not care much as long as they collect the cash. This place has so much potential but who knows what's really going on. My personal experience; I would definitely NOT recommend this place any longer if you can't take care of your establishment & staff. For the moment, I will have to find another location or take my business somewhere else where they care. Hope that the management care enough to fix these issues as there are other not so great reviews. Future Customers Beware & Be Aware...

In the last year service at this location has totally tanked. Staff here absolutely don't care about customers... on 5 or more occasions I have waited 15 minutes or more just to place the order..... and that is not because of a long line... it is because nobody... I mean nobody is working the register... Walk right up to the register, and wait 15+ minutes Also, prepare to clean your own table before eating. I have spoken to the manager and Brum's Corp... no change. It is sad really.
