You brought back the Mexican pizza just to be sold out, and have a huge sign advertising the summer sunset freeze and we're out of that too, I can't be the only one upset, and by the attitude given by the cashier I'm sure she'd been getting yelled at all day because of it, but dang taco bell... do better! It had been a very long time since we've even been there and it will most definitely be a long time before we return.

I ordered on the app and choose to pick up in store. I arrive a few minutes before the app said my food was ready. When the app said my food was ready, I walked up to the door and found the door locked. I was forced to wait 15 minutes in the drive through. The gentleman who initially spoke to me was very kind but he began having trouble finding our app order. He was soon interrupted by a rude female employee who spoke very disrespectfully to me and claimed our order wasn't there and sternly told us to pull forward to the second window. Our order was indeed there thankfully however the customer service from the female was uncalled for towards us as paying customers.

Was just there. Inside is closed for no reason. Been no Mexican pizza for a week and I only got half and crumbly nacho and cheese order. I love taco bell but if you can't do better than this you mon as well close down. Staff was very friendly tho it's just the service needs amped up

The food is always good but this location has wayyyy too many careless employees that goof around way to much to where it’s disrespectful! Us customers do not appreciate getting treated like that

Went through the drive-thru they took my order and I got it in less than 10 minutes that's pretty good for Taco Bell

No employees or manager approached us waiting at the counter due to we did not want to use the terminal. After we ordered a older couple came and and waited for 15 min before someone came up and told them to use the terminal and they did not know how to use the terminal and had to try it 3 times before understanding it. Emploeeys stayed in the back did not approach the counter one time.
2 Nacho fries where cold so we send them back and a young male employee was complaining very loudly about how they where not cold ect and said well they wanna keep complaining I'll give them the (insert punching fist sounds here) suggesting and showing other employees how he would beat me up for making him re do the nacho fries. This was done loudly enough for all the guests to hear and complaining for the next 5 min.
The couples order after us was also inaccurate and they had to wait another 5 min to get there order corrected.
When I asked for the GM # I was told to figure it out.

It's kinda sad. Most of the employees are nice, but the hours this location is open is random at best. Went for breakfast this morning at 10:00am and once again no one was there. No note on the order window, but a empty store. This is a regular thing at this location. They have complained about staffing issues for MONTHS! If your staffing is an issue for this amount of time, then obviously there is other management problems.
Others have complained about orders being shorted and items not in stock... Yep, another real issue at this location. It is a running joke where I work. If you pick lunch up for everyone the chances that you are missing at least one item are 50%. It almost feels like a planned way to increase profits. "Hey! Lets just short every other order some cheap item and the customer will be too busy to bother to get it replaced!"
