Pizza Hut

Ordered 12 boxes for our kids and grands. Arrived on time by a friendly driver. The pizza was amazing. Everyone was astonished at the quality of the ingredients. It was also 'hot' like it just came out of the oven, vs. other deliveries when your pizza arrives cold or warm. Great job Pizza Hut -- keep up the quality.

I don’t understand why I did not get notified when my food was delivered? No knock… no door bell… nothing. They literally just left the food outside to get cold. The fact that the delivery guy has the audacity to just leave my food on the floor outside of my door without even ringing the doorbell or getting notified by email/phone/text is simply unacceptable. My food was outside of my door for god knows how long. Literally ants or other insects could have easily crawled their ways into the pizza boxes. PLEASE educate your delivery drivers on properly notifying customers on when their food is arrived. That means knocking the door bell, or just texting or calling. I was not even notified on the “track my order” link or the app. This is very unacceptable since we are required to tip prior to submitting our orders.

I remember when Pizza Hut used to be tasty and fresh just ordered a medium with tip and delivery was $25 worst pizza ever ate in my life. More specifically all of the vegetables seem like they were freeze dried all curled up like maybe they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for five hours anyways they offered me a credit but Turned it down as I won’t order there again

Order contactless curbside at your own risk!!! One of the worst experiences at any fast food or restaurant I have ever had. I placed my order online and did contactless service so that my wife could remain in the car with our two babies since I have been sick for the past week. Not only did they not come out with the pizza after waiting for over an hour, no one answered the phone for over an hour! How ridiculous! My wife had to take out our 2 year old and our 6 month old from their suv to go inside. After waiting for another 20 minutes my wife found out that no one was going to come to the front so had to scream to the back to get someone’s attention. Still no one came to the front. Just as she was about to give up and head back to the vehicle someone came up front. I understand that they maybe busy or at times understaffed but a simple acknowledgment or preparedness by them would go a long way! We will not be returning to this location ever again and If I could give no stars, I would

Geeze, we keep trying because my husband enjoys Pizza Hut but hopefully this is the last time! Waited 2 hours for our order, pizza was cold and over cooked. AND the delivery driver just set our order on the porch and didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell. We got the notification that it was out for delivery and then finally checked the front porch 10 minutes after the notification. Who knows how long it was sitting out there! Sometimes it doesn’t matter how much corporate wants to care, if locally doesn’t care then it’s just going to be a horrible experience! You’ll notice that Pizza Hut reaches out to most of the bad reviews but the bad reviews continue. So you've got to ask yourself, how much good is it doing and how much do they really care?

Worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life and that’s saying something - used to love the deep dish supreme I don’t know what they did - all the vegetables seem like they were dried up and sitting under a heat lamp for five hours - terrible pizza and it was 25 bucks with tip and delivery for a medium - I’ll never leave mamas again They offered me a credit but I turned it down because I won’t order there again
