If you want to deal with incompetent high school clowns and a few days of food poisoning this is the Dump to come grab lunch. I came through drive through, asked for coney meal no cheez and as you can see from the receipt this dumb C$&t still adds an order of cheese fries. I told cashier no cheez I am allergic so he sends them back. I got the order of an under cooked dog and runny chili all over the dog and the fries. So naturally for being charged $10 I still attempted to eat which is Huge mistake. Avoid this Dump at all costs or suffer like I am 🤮🤮🤮

Teenage cashier at drive thru doesn't know how to figure out $5.40 from $6.00 is .60 cents change. She insisted it was 6 cents. Manager tried to justify it by saying teenagers are on a 'learning curve'... if they can't count money, they shouldn't be working the drive thru...

The absolute worst Sonic you can ever come to in Mansfield. Our food was horribly overcooked and when I returned to the store to talk to the manager she blamed her staff. She never once took ownership of the poor food quality coming out of her location. Poor management and it's only management to blame.

Mixed feeling here because I found a hair in my food but the service was great. The replacement had a piece of black lint in my food but I didn't even want to bother them about that. Great service but we have to work on cleanliness :/

One of the better Sonic locations, 9 times out of 10 you'll have no problems here, and the occasional bad experience is so rare that ot won't sour your opinion of this location.
