Burger King

I wish I could give zero stars! This is the worst location ever! I went there today and ordered a whopper and a small fry. The lady in the drive-thru prepared my order and then proceeded to talk to someone in the lobby. She put my fries on the top and the bag was opened. She was talking directly over the fries. I asked her to take the fries out and refund my money considering she was talking over them with no mask on. She threw the bag in my car window and slammed the window. I drove around and went inside she was standing at the burger bin so I asked her again to refund my money and she ignored me. I asked her 4 times before then she turned and said to talk to the Manager. The Manager was very apologetic and refunded my money. I asked the manager what was the rude lady's name and she hesitated and said, Nelly! Nelly, you are a nasty ugly person! DO NOT EAT HERE! The employees are rude and nasty! I went to Kroger and bought all the ingredients and made a better burger at home!

If I could rate 0 starts I really wood this is extremely disgusting.I will never ever purchase something from here again u bought iced coffee for me and my family and they were nasty. They were half water and the mocha one tasted like plain black coffee when my daughter opened her coffee there were 2 BUGS in the coffee .

They told me to pull around to wait for my food, and then all my food was cold/undercooked and my soda had no flavor. I couldn’t finish it. They didn’t ask if I needed condiments and didn’t offer my receipt. The man working the drive through couldn’t even be bothered to put the correct items into the computer system. He stated “the prices are the same anyways.” Wish I could give zero stars. I’m never coming back.

Ordered the Big King (this current version in March 2022), and it was a trip down memory lane. Loved it, planning to go back for another when I get the chance. Service was pretty slow considering the place wasn't very busy when we went. There was no line but a handful of drive thru cars were sitting around for a while waiting. 10 minutes to get a fairly basic order isn't exactly fast. Hopefully this was an isolated incident.

This is the worst location I have been to. Every time I have visited, they have messed something up in my order. I used to work in fast food and even though I try to sympathize, I can truly say that they deserve the bad reviews. I'm not trying to blame anyone specifically but there needs to be a change in management.
