Bob Evans

This was my first time visiting a Bob Evans restaurant. I wish they had them here in Canada but they don't. If you're traveling through this area and are looking for a great place to grab a bite to eat with the family, this might be the perfect fit for you. It's family-friendly. The portion sizes are big. The food quality was excellent. They also have lots of neat little souvenirs from their restaurant front counter area. You can even take a fresh baked pie home with you if you like or in my case on the road.. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody it was looking for a decent place to eat. Ordered 3 dinners online, pick up time was 7:00 pm. Waited an extra 15 mins, missing some of our items. Get home only to find our mushroom and onion chopped steak wasn't even close to being cooked... Not happy. I get it that everyone is short on staff but maybe the company should change the website and not give a pickup time 30 minutes for order time and this will give them time to finish cooking our dinner 🤔

My wife chose Bob Evans as the restaurant to have her birthday dinner on January 17, 2022. Eight other family members joined us for delicious choices! The waitress had our tables ready when we arrived. She took our orders and brought all our meals in a very short time. We like the decor in this restaurant. It really made us feel like we were "down on the farm". Thanks to the manager and workers for always making this an enjoyable place to dine in!

5 stars all around! My waitress, I believe her name is Jeanne was fantastic! She was very quick and recognized that I was extremely busy and made every effort to get my order in and out as quickly as possible! The food was also phenomenal! I ordered the "whole hog" and it was delicious and so much food at a very affordable price!

First ones in the door at 7 am it took 35 minutes to get our food. Please see the picture of the biscuits they served. As noted we were the 1st customers through the door and we immediately noticed the floor had not been swept. We even heard one waitress make a statement “we must not own a sweeper”. After going to the RR I can tell you they did not clean it as well and there was no TP. To top it off their computer system was down and they could not take a credit card without writing all your card info down. Fortunately we had cash on hand.

Twice as long to be seated than they said it would be. The AC wasn't working, long delay to get our food and when it came,bit was undercooked, looked gross and didn't taste good at all. We'd ordered the same meal in the past and it was very good, that's why we ordered the same thing again. Tables needed cleaned off the entire time we were there and the dining area wasn't very clean. (Crayon scribbles in the wall even and it was breakfast shift). Coffee was biter. The waitress was nice but kind of ruff in appearance and had in dirty clothing. (Atleast she did show up to work I guess). We won't be visiting this location any more, there seems to be management and employee issues.
