If I could give this place zero stars I would I waited 3 minutes to at the speaker to even start ordering my food then when I was told that I could started Ordering I asked for a happy meal 4 piece chicken nuggets with extra fries with a coke and sweet and sour sauce the girl at the speaker was rude and told me to repeat My order slower I had to repeat this Part of my order at least 5 times then I ordered 10 piece nuggets with fries and a diet with sweet and sour sauce was also told I need to slow down when ordering when I was already saying it slow. I paid for my order got up to the window my order was completely wrong tried handing me a milk shake and a cheese burger meal and a kids meal with a milk with BBQ sauce when I told them that was wrong they just looked at me and closed the window I then asked for a refund this place has horrible customer service it's a train wreck definitely needs better management and people that are friendly and not rude at the window go to another McDonald's then dealing with this one.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Poor customer service skills. Always have to wait long time for food or pay through app and then get to window and there’s an “error” even though the money already came out of my account. Tried to tell me it was cancelled. Least the guy at the next window was competent and gave me my food I PAID for. Will never go back to this location.

This restaurant is starving for management that is effective in leading and motivating a team. You can order a drink or a meal and 9/10 times you will be asked to park and wait. Never a sorry for your wait, nothing! Breakfast, lunch and dinner or anytime in between, same story. It’s awful, and always 25 employees standing around. Everyone you talk to says the exact same thing about this location! One of the all time worst McDonalds, which is very sad!

I'm assuming maybe a shift in management has happened, because I feel these guys have done better recently preparing orders accurately. This specific restaurant used to really make me angry because of the super ghetto disrespectful staff that I used to have to deal with. But I don't see them anymore! Though I did take a long break from this location after consecutively recieving bad service. I had a few recent stops here and was throughly satisfied.

Went through the drive thru and took forever. About 4 cars ahead of me, no one pulled up behind. Got to the speaker and listened to the automated response about using the app. After that no response, had to back up and pull back up to the speaker to get anyone to respond. Got in line at 1140, paid at 1148 finally got everything at 1208. I had a large order but it was ridiculous. Had to ask for a missing item and checked everything else while we waited and realized we were shorted a couple cheeseburgers. After having been in line that long they still questioned it and had to show them the receipt to them.

Well, the McDonald's I know wouldn't let a shorts wearer behind the counter, and yet this store had a dude in summer workout clothes with his hirsute thighs uncovered. I nearly said something about at the time but I knew gmaps would give me the opportunity to reach more people. That was a gross experience, but I'm a Veteran so I soldier on.
