Wendy's

4th time I have arrived at 9pm, And they were closed. I’m so tired of this.. they close at 10pm… they used an excuse of being short staffed. But the past 3 times I’ve seen about 4 of them chilling in the waiting room area.. wouldn’t even come talk to me but one time.. very disappointed… Done with Wendy’s until this improves

I stopped through Wendy's today. I requested that there was no mustard be put on my bacon double stack burger. Mustard makes me very ill. The cashier repeated my order. Luckily I checked my sandwich before I bit it instead of it being no mustard there was extra mustard on it and no bacon. I was on a 30 minute lunch break and was not able to go back to the location and there was no answer when I called to get make a complaint. Worse experience ever and I will not be returning.

Doors locked but NO SIGNAGE that says "drive thru only." Enter drive thru queue at 7:45 pm on Monday 7/11. Pull up to order box at 7:49 pm. No response. Wait 6 minutes with no reply. At 7:55 p.m. "We are going through a shift change and will be with you shortly.". Wait 5 more minutes. 8:00 "You can order when you are ready." I ordered a small chocolate frosty. "Sorry we are out of Frosties at this location." Unacceptable!

yesterday was my last day at this place after working about a year and a couple months. people i worked with were the coolest and most supportive people i have ever met. definitely going to cherish the memories i have made, the meatloaf, the summoning of the frosty cup, the nights we were understaffed during the winter and it was always chill at night, the list could go on. shoutout to jamie for getting me those cookies they slapped. one last thing, garrett if you’re reading this i never asked if you got that vcr, also eww. peace.

Good and bad. I thought I'd try the chili for the first time and it had what looked like a half eaten beef patty in it-very unappetizing-I didn't even try it. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find the kids meal apples were delicious and looked like they were sliced in the store as opposed to being processed and packaged beforehand.
