Park Avenue Arby's was very good. Service was quick and accurate. Staff were all in to give their customers the best meal. The new steak burger was delicious! Plus, you could actually dine in instead of having to go through the drive thru! Good job!

My Food was good always is, however the drive thru person had their mask and looked to be a winter hat [date and time 6-02-22 ...7:10pm . This person didn't talk at all , once the transaction was completed ...n ok thanks have a good day , I even said to them what you don't say thanks and they just closed the window. Customer service is disappointing

Foods usually good. But have your workers stop trying to play hookup & hitting on other people's wives while there trying to order food in the drive thru. Very inappropriate

I'm greatful they are opened late. Always good for an after work meal at 1:30am. The drive thru guy is always so nice food is always fresh

..Now SOME people not from here might not know that getting good customer service from our fast food restaurants late at night is difficult.But I have to say the Late night team at ARBYS ON PARK AVENUE WEST has GREAT custom service..cooks hot fresh food to order..drinks tasted perfect and they were very friendly... and I had a BIG ORDER!!
