Domino's Pizza

I order frequently from this Dominos, and up until recently I haven't had an issue. However, I feel their quality is failing horribly as I have had issues the past two times I have ordered. The first time I had ordered a side salad, and they were sold out. I was told by the manager there would be a credit for a salad put on my account, but it never happened. No refund, and I'm out $5, irritating but not a huge deal and not worth kicking a fuss up over. Today I ordered again, and the pizza I received was absolutely horrendous. Undercooked, no sauce on 90% of the pizza, and over a quarter had absolutely nothing. No sauce, cheese or toppings at all. Even worse was that it had been cut, which means someone saw this, cut through it, and made the decision to send it out anyways. I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone to talk to them about it, so I reported an issue through the app (offered a few extra reward points, which using them means you can't use any other coupons), and am now posting here as a warning to others. I am so disappointed that they have allowed their standards to drop this far.

It was by far the worst experience I have ever had with customer service... I ordered a chicken parmesan sub, a medium 2 topping pizza, and stuffed cheesy bread for DELIVERY, my boyfriend opened his sub, I don't know what this is supposed to be but it was horrible, 6 little pieces of chicken, a half a teaspoon of sauce in one spot, with a pinch of cheese... Called and was told " well you can come get another one or I can credit you for a sub, my delivery driver is leaving" mind you they close at 1 and it was 1030, why would I come pick up a sub when I paid $3.75 for delivery fee plus a $5 tip... WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I AM DONE WITH DOMINO'S!!!!!

The last THREE times ordering from this location have been a disaster. I regret giving them additional chances to get my business. First, they sometimes let you order online, but apparently the system at the store can't receive the orders despite getting a confirmation email. The pizza tracker on my last order still says it's being prepared and it's the next day. The first of these three experiences involved ordering delivery. Apparently they didn't have any delivery drivers, so they canceled the order, but didn't bother to contact us in any way. The second time we tried to order online but it wouldn't go through, so we called. We got a strange answering system that placed our order at the wrong store, even though we called the correct number. Twice, we went to pick up our order only to find they knew nothing about it. 100% done with this place!

Great manager ever!!!!!! I came in asking for the $7.99 large 3 topping pizza and was told that “IT IS AN ONLINE SPECIAL ONLY”…. Kenneth, who is the GM, opened up his phone and let me order from his phone as I didn’t have mine on me….. he simply could’ve gotten more money out of me but chose to take care of me the customer. I wish it was an option to leave no review at all!! I called numerous times trying to make an order, I finally go thru to some type of answering service. They took my order, when we got to the end of my order she said her system was messed up and asked me to hold. She sent me to the store. I waited on hold for 20 mins before I hung up and dialed back. Once I called back it kept hanging up on me instantly NUMEROUS TIMES. So then I called the other location and they told me that the phones were turned off for the original location that I was calling????. So I called back because she said they were turning them off for 15 minute after waiting they finally answered took my whole order then left me on hold for 30 mins. So I hung up tried to call back and phones were off again.... well pizza hut wins my 60dollar order..completely unacceptable

Last Friday I ordered wings and as soon as I finished them I became violently ill. I have ordered from here a lot but I don’t think I can ever come back after this. I know our town just had a power outage, I don’t know if things didn’t get thrown out that needed tossed or if the wings had just gone bad another way, all I know is, I retched so hard I lost my voice, my torso and chest hurt so bad for days, it’s almost a week later and I’m just getting my voice back. It was two hours of pure hell after eating these wings. Look at dates, be aware of the condition of all your product, don’t put anyone else through this.

Well if I could actually call and order pizza directly from the dominos at this location it would be better. Because now they have a calling system that you talk to somebody from like the Philippines and they order your pizza from you and then when they can't get your order to go through they transfer you over to the store and it hangs up on you that's really convenient.... 😂
