Honey Dew Donuts

I Waited 12 minutes (I timed it on my phone) before I tapped out and asked for a straw (because one wasn’t provided when I was handed my coffee) for a chicken sandwich, 3 different girls came to the window to ask “are you all set with a gesture implying move along” and each one I had to explain to them im waiting on a sandwich. I was not refunded. Communication is lacking in this store y’all should be building bridges but you are are building walls. Hellos dunkies

I have been a long-time customer, and still agree that the food is higher quality than Dunkin', delicious, always fresh and I love the coffee. However, not sure if thisnlocatiom is under New Management but over the past few months I have noticed quite the decline in cleanliness and a couple staff who consistently have a notably poor attitude. The woman in the sweatshirt in the morning has an everlasting rude and snarky aura, her voice drips with sarcasm...I have noticed more so lately that she communicates with her coworkers in a less than kind manor. Last week I stopped for my coffee as usual and I complimented one of the girls above and beyond attitude, I could not help but notice the way tgis particular staff rolled her eyes after providing a sarcastic thank you.. . I will continue to be a dedicated "Dewer", but I cannot help but feel saddened by the new management and the lack of care towards to presentation of the store... after all, we can certainly see past the film-covered partition that separates us customers from the filthy countertops where you are preparing food and beverages. Sadly, I will no longer be purchasing food items and will stick to buying my large hot regular. Seeing staff reuse gloves and then toss them onto the food itself at the prep station turned my stomach. 😬 come on ladies... sincerely, your Julia
