I thought ordering from the app was supposed to be faster, I waited 1 hr for med lemonade slush and med cup of ice. After it told me Emily was on her way I waited additional 30 mins I had to push the button to ask what's taken so long. Will never stop here again.

I visit frequently in the a.m. (3-4 times per week)& always get the BLT non toasted.
Was told & noticed a considerable difference with the bread that it had been switched from Bairds to an off brand frozen. The change was a bad choice…..the new frozen bread taste stale and not fresh. In addition, the size is noticeably different. The cost difference cannot be that great & I would gladly pay a few cents more to get a fresher tasting sandwich.
Don’t sacrifice quality…..the end result is less visits or loss of customer, c’mon!
The staff are outstanding, friendly and professional and always deliver on quick service!

I am sorry sonic, but you guys lost a customer in me. I went today to get my family some food, and the employee told me they were bringing out my food, i waited another 15 minutes. I would have left but i had already paid. I like your food and drink options but did not like my experience today.

Stopped in to get my mom a double stuffed Oreo Blast. She loved it so obviously it came out perfectly. Their Dr Pepper doesn't really taste like Dr Pepper anymore which is sad

Horrible food. Wings were cold. Corn dogs and fries look like they have been sitting there all day. They knowingly put this disgusting food in a paying customers bag and are surprised when business goes down. Staff needs retraining in what is acceptable to hand out.

Oreo cookie shake as lunch on a hot day after mowing lawn. Not the healthiest but sooo good.

Got corny dogs and drinks. The server was very friendly & brought us mustard when asked, no problem. Nice time

Had the cheese burger combo. The gator tots were hot and fresh excellent but the sandwich was disappointing.
