B. Good

This place has a great choice of salads and sandwiches, with a wide selection of items that are vegan and/or gluten free. My winter Cobb salad was prepared in minutes, was super fresh, packed with all sorts of delights, huge (like two normal portions) and only $13. I wish there was one closer to home!

I ordered a Fig and Berry Salad. I saw it advertised and it looked delicious. I got it to go and there was no dressing in the bag when I got home. I also ordered French Fries. They were cold. And dry. Like they had been sitting there for a while. I went at 4PM on Sunday. There was 2 people working and no one but me as a customer. I am very disappointed. It was my first time going to B. Goode. And the music was very loud and I had to keep repeating myself. She couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t hear her.

Service sucks, cashier was rude and my order was prepared incorrectly. I ordered a Freebird turkey burger and asked to omit the bacon. It was a to go order. When I reached my destination and opened the sandwich, it had bacon on it. I tried calling the restaurant and listened to a recording for 20 mins and no one ever answered the call. $10 for a turkey burger, they could at least get the order correct. Not answering the phone is a whole different issue. Got me once, no freaking more!

I loved this place when it first opened. Food was higher end, cleaner and healthier than any other burger spot around. The last several months it has gone downhill. Not sure if pandemic related or not. The service is not good at all. Usually you end up standing at the register waiting for someone for several minutes. Today I waited maybe only a couple minutes, but while I was the only person in the store, there were two other employees, one was on their phone, the other was in the back eating something, both ignoring the customer. Now the burger which used to be a nice thick juicy burger, is a flat dry type of burger. I said to myself I won't go back, no need to write a review. But then I lifted up my Kale crush smoothie I ordered to find a dead fly on it. I feel bad for whoever gets the next cup with the fly guys.
