Frankie & Benny's

We came here today for our daughters birthday. Our second visit to this particular restaurant. The staff were very friendly. We had 4 different members of staff check to make sure we were being attended to. Our server Chloe was lovely and made a very conscious effort to interact with our children and even played a game of peekaboo with our youngest. We didn't have a cake or anything with us but they still placed a candle in our daughters dessert and sang happy birthday to her. The food was lovely as always, hot, tasty and cooked just the way we like it.

Good, extensive menu. Great staff. Lewis handled our large party efficiently and with a very friendly, approachable attitude. He knew the menu well and let us take our time choosing. Alex on the bar is professional but also has a calm, relaxed manner which made us feel welcome and at ease and he also has a good knowledge of the drinks and food menus. Hope they are both appreciated.

First time visiting Frankie & Benny's in Mansfield, and definitely won't be the last. Delicious, and rather affordable lunch menu with unlimited refills. The fries loaded with cheese and pepperoni... worth that extra hour in the gym! Me, my sister and her fiance went there on a bad day, feeling rather down. Our visit uplifted our spirits a little! Shoutout to our server, whose name I do not remember unfortunately; she was polite, professional, funny and generally made it feel more like home!

We go here for breakfast nearly all Saturdays. The food is always lovely and the staff are always happy to help. Our favourite waiter is sayed, he’s always on hand to deliver great service, smiles and a happy environment. No problem is too big or too small. (Not that there have been many, but if there has it’s always rectified almost instantly). Great place and would definitely recommend.

Every time I visit this Frankie and Benny's I am always very well looked after by all the staff members and served great food by the kitchen. Very clean restaurant with staff who really can not do enough for you. For this visit I tried the new Christmas menu and from starter to dessert was all brilliant. Was looked after by Chloe and Caitlin, these two ladies are a very special credit to your team! Returning very soon 🍴

Had another excellent dinner out here with my daughter. The ambience and atmosphere is so relaxing, the food is always great, reasonably priced and tasty and as ever, the staff are brilliant. I'd recommend this Frankie and Benny's to everyone. Also, Jordan is an asset to the team, outstanding service from this guy. Thank you so much and see you again soon. 😀
