Small pub, with good atmosphere and inexpensive food, good size portions. With kids menu as well, but I would advise against bringing your little ones there. Like I said it's a small pub and we had hard time not disturbing the rest of the tables.
Hard to fault our meal this weekend, cosy pub with few in, nice and quiet despite the football being on.
Good choice of food and menu different to chain pubs - a few nice choices on offer.
Sharing platter starter is a bargain and destroyed any chance of us both trying a pudding.
We'll definitely be back.
The food was lovely. I had liver & onions yym yum. The young gentlman who worked the bar was especially nice & friendly. He couldnt do enough for us. We would definitely go back. Thank you
The Pheasant is has a friendly atmosphere. You are made welcome and the meals are great value for money. I would recommend going here. Definitely will go again.
Called on way after a walk with the dog ..which by the way is a dog friendly pub ... Under new management too ... Had a small meal which was great value for money and really nice ... real chips too no frozen or a two minute ping meal ...Enjoyed the spirit of the young bar man who really wants to make ago of the pub ..great keep it up ...Will return without a doubt .. Thank you.
It was "good". The staff were friendly and the chips were really nice. Just a bit weirdly empty for New Years. 🤔
