Great local store with local staff. Very friendly and willing to help. Staff always busy and sometimes a little stressed. Need these shops like these to set an example to the low cost retailers.

A busy supermarket. It also acts as a pick up point for John Lewis click and collect items. All the staff are friendly. Well stocked and presented even the fresh meat and fish counters were inviting if a little tight on space. It has a good atmosphere. Outside the carpark is busy and requires patience but it seems to keep moving. Yes, worth a visit.

Not the biggest store but a good variety of items. Expensive but good quality items some of which are fairly priced if you choose carefully. Friendly staff

Always very nice and polite cashier. There no queues to the till at all and shop is so nice and tidy! Also there Always someone on shopfloor who can help if I can't find something.

Monday September 12th. 2022 Great to see the delicatessen has re- opened today! Went in just after 8 am and saw the nice ladies just finishing setting out the goodies. I wished them well and said I would pass the word round. They then told me that as I was the first customer to mark the delicatessen's re-opening there was a 'thank you' prize. So I won a £5 voucher which I used against my bill at the checkout. Even better....oh, and there is a 20% reduction on cheeses from the deli as well. Altogether a very good half hour spent in the store. Thank you. ....also very good discount on Mayan coffee both ground and full beans. I do not usually get 'real' coffee but this time I did.

Excellent service & staffing, with clear markings for social distancing & a staff member specifically cleaning the trolleys to ensure safety. Members of the public not so thoughtful or careful (!) but since we were socially distanced, you were mostly able to avoid those that were being thoughtless. Excellent range for such a relatively small store.

I would say they do have quality products 😁- fresh fruits and vegetables. Not sure if local. Huge varieties of flowers. They do bring seasonal flowers too indoor and outdoor too 😊. Meats poultry and bread 🤣 everything. Quite good 😊. Just a bit pricey for every day shopping ☺️ but good for special occasions. I don't do shopping there now ☹️ as last 2 times had bad experience with rude staffs. Overall staffs are friendly. Hope things have changed now 😜😜😜😜
