We love the new menu with attention to details.
Very friendly staffs .
We had a cosy date night .
Difficult to choose a favourite dish. "Pho hanoi style" - being a fellow Vietnamese man of culture it brings me back to Vietnam.

We ate at Suum today for the first time in a couple of years. While the prices have gone up as other people have said, I found the quality to be improved on what was already a good Vietnamese menu. I had the Bun Bo Hue, the flavours were delicate and sophisticated. I did request extra fish sauce on the side as I think this transforms the dish and is more authentic.
Glass of Malbec was excellent.

There is no disabled access or disabled toilet which is the reason I could not give a full 5 stars. Between me, one of the staff members and my dad, we had to manoeuvre my daughter's powerchair into the restaurant up one step. There is also only one toilet which is not wheelchair accessible so I had to carry my daughter in.
This was my first time visiting. The food was lovely and the staff could not have done more for us. They were very attentive without being intrusive. It really was a lovely experience.
My parents have been before and had a lovely meal which is why they took me a d my daughter along too. My parents said the menu they saw last time was not the menu they had when I went too, so that might be something to note - that the menu does change.
Therefore I would recommend a visit, however maybe not in a powerchair or if you require a disabled toilet.

We love the pho here. All the different kinds of pho here are fantastic. I guess that comes down to the tasty soup and high-quality noodles. One major annoyance is the 15% service automatically added to the bill. To be fair, the service is usually good... BUT not always. Also good to see they regained 4 of the 5 stars for food hygiene they lost last year.

Delicious food and super quick service! My husband is gluten intolerant so it was amazing to see an almost entirely GF menu. Staff were friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend the sharing platter to start!
It was a shame that the only other diners there at the time spoiled the atmosphere and experience with their negativity. They ordered the crispy noodles and complained that it was raw. I had the same noodles. They clearly had never eaten crispy noodles before because that's how the noodles come! It's not the restaurant's fault if you don't know what you're ordering. Just ask before you order!

The food here took me back to the wonders of Vietnam. They were busy but a quick service, friendly and the meal was superb. We had the Soft Shell Crab and Crispy Prawn starters. For mains we both had the rice noodle bowl with chicken. The flavours were spot on and didn't overpower the dishes, there was very little heat to the dishes. I would highly recommend, but book in advance to be sure of a table!

Nice people and pretty, well-prepared food. Nice to see spring rolls in rice paper instead of the easier wonton wrappers. Lots of gluten-free options. Big chunks of catfish in a very savoury broth, garlicky crunchy morning glory and a not-too-sweet passion fruit tart. Rounded out by a condensed milk-sweetened drip weak coffee. Not as ‘punchy’ flavours as I’m used to, so I’m assuming they’re wisely toned down a bit for British tastes. Definitely will be back to try the Phở and Banh Mi.

Overall a very enjoyable dining experience, tucked away in a little courtyard not far from the main high street
The starter platter was delicious and got to sample the summer rolls, spring rolls, pork and beef in betel leaves, salt and chilli squid and some noodles as well.
Came with a variety of dipping sauces
Enjoyed a refreshing lychee mocktail and partner had two cups of delicious hot Vietnamese coffee.
For mains had the chargrilled turmeric fish and rice noodles, some of it was slightly overdone but still tasty.
Partner had a very large bowl of the lemon grass chicken with noodles.
I have eaten Viet cuisine all over the world including Londons finest. This compares favourably and was very pleased to come across it in Marlow.
Service was very pleasant, interior decor was very tasteful.
Overall very nice however be aware that there aren't any main dishes that are rice based. All main dishes seem to only come with rice noodles unless you order the rice as a side dish. Quite puzzling to be honest, as I can't imagine why there is no Viet dish without rice! As a consequence it was missing some traditional dishes which was disappointing.
(The other drawback is that there is only one single shared unisex toilet in the restaurant)

First time eating Vietnamese food and it was delicious. We chose the vegan options. Staff were very friendly, and accommodating. The banana fritters are vegan but came with ice-cream. The staff suggested sorbet which are vegan.
