A great Sunday lunch- affordable too. Not a carvery more a resturant. Dog owners can eat in the main pub but not in the resturant. Go early as the roast dinners soon go.

Good location just off main road. Better, earlier signing would help as we nearly missed it! Good food and service - light bites are generous portions and good value. Would visit again.

Nice Chips however the sandwiches were made of thick bread and the plates had a salad and mayo on them but it still tasted brilliant nice outdoor are with some umbrellas on some tables so there was shade.

Beautiful place to enjoy a good meal, lovely cosy relaxed atmosphere, very friendly. Would definitely recommend. Fab food, absolutely delicious, very dog friendly place too. Amazing faultless experience.

Good food , and drinks lovely family friendly atmosphere. I've been coming here for years and never disappointed. Very good value for money and the really friendly staff make it a lovely atmosphere.

Good place for a quiet snak or a good pub lunch. The food good, home made soup excellent. We had a light lunch, jacket potatoes with fillings. Served very nice with a genourous side salad. Good value for money.

Really warm and friendly service. Food was excellent. Would recommend the pies as they were proper pies with proper shortcrust, not a thin stew with a puff pastry top like is so often served in pubs.

Edited review. Had some lovely meals here recently. Quality has improved markedly. New staff are nice and helpful which has changed atmosphere for the better. Best pub in the area for food.

Very nice atmosphere when you walk in, friendly staff. Asked for a table for 4 when the room was basically empty and the clearly new member of staff faffed around with the computer for a while until he finally decided there was a table. Food came promptly and was delicious. The only reason it wasn't a 5 stars was that when I asked for tomato sauce with my meal they did not being it in a bottle bit instead in an undersized pot. This is a logistical nightmare as it is almost impossible to ask for another without being massively judged so I had to use and inadequate amount of sauce per chip. All in all very nice place would go back.

Absolutely love this place. Great atmosphere. Staff are really friendly and helpful and they accept dogs inside too. The food is amazing with very generous portions and great value for money. Overall a really lovey relaxed place to eat and drink.
