Wow wow wow! We had a delivery tonight and even though we are a fair distance away the food arrived hot and fresh. The pies are big and tasty. The fish is amazing! The best curry sauce I’ve had for a while fruity and a slight spice to it, bloody lovely!! Kids and adults all full and very happy! Oh and dandelion and burdock just seals the deal! Would not hesitate to order again and will be doing so! Thanks so much!!

Want a traditional fish and chips in Marple. Great pricing and amazingly fresh tasting no grease and Mr Chips delivers time and time again. I ordered chips for delivery on Sunday and they were fab fresh and amazing!!! Thanks Mr Chips (got me out of a spot) delivered via Stockport Eats.

Had some chips at the Jubille celebrations so thought we would have fish and chips Sunday night for tea.
Ordered through just eat. Brilliant service. Food arrived fresh and hot.
Will definitely order again. Not much open on a Sunday so great to have Mr Chips as an option.

Brilliant fish and chip shop. We were on holiday on canal boat and after doing 14 locks we were a bit hungry. So googled chip shops and found this little treasure.
Everything was excellent, so we know where to come back to if we pass Marple again.

Great chippy. Sizeable order and ready on time. Great food, and importantly my family and kids loved it - especially the massive fish (not on insta 😉). Special mention for the Spicy curry sauce; defo my go to instead of the fruity (bought both to try). Packaging is mostly cardboard and vegan options available. Rick and tick. I attended a Leroy Lurvee event in Marple and the chip buttys provides were from Mr Chips....wow! The best chips. Everyone I was with commented how lovely the food was. Will definitely be returning

I gave been visiting Mr Chips for the last couple of years and I am never disappointed. Always fresh with lovely crisp batter. Wayne is welcoming and clearly knows his craft. In addition to the gorgeous freshly made fish and chips, there is the usual offering of pies, spam fritters (a particular favourite of mine) milkshakes, meal deals and for the more adventurous of us deep fried cream eggs and jaffa cakes!
